To obtain service
under this limited warranty, Customer must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to USEDMAC. To
obtain a RMA number please call USEDMAC customer service. You need the
following information ready when you call our customer service: Name or
Company Name, Password, Invoice Number, Make and Model Number of the
equipment, and nature of the problem. You may also fill-out the RMA request
form online. If you prefer to fill-out the form online just click on
RMA Request . Only one equipment per RMA request.
Customer is responsible for all insurance, risks, and costs associated with
shipping the product to USEDMAC. USEDMAC customer service shall email an RMA
to you within 24 hours. RMAs must be received within 15 days from the date
that the RMA was issued.
Defective
products returned for replacement will be replaced with the same
product or model as the original unit. We accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on
products within 45 days of original invoice date . Ship a replacement
product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you and We may
issue a credit.
Customer must remove
all components that Customer has installed in the product and must securely
pack the product in its original packaging. ALL warranty stickers must be
sealed with no warranty stickers broken or peeled. ALL miscellaneous
materials, such as manuals, accessories, cables, and other peripherals, MUST
be included. If any of these materials are missing, the RMA will not be
processed until these items are obtain. The authorization number MUST be on
the shipping label not on the carton. Items that do not have an RMA number
on the shipping label will not be accepted or processed.
Repairs on
systems may result in the need to reformat the hard disk drive. Customer
should copy all data on the hard drive regularly and before Customer returns
the product for service. USEDMAC shall be responsible for all
insurance, risks and costs associated with shipping the product back to the
Customer’s location.
This warranty does not
cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism,
fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or
humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or
other maintenance by anyone other than USEDMAC. THERE ARE NO
EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE
PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
USEDMAC WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS
OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This limited warranty
is the sole and exclusive warranty which USEDMAC extends on the product and
it sets forth all of USEDMAC responsibilities regarding the product. All
other warranties are disclaimed. Repair or replacement of the product during
the warranty period is Customer’s exclusive remedy.
Some jurisdictions do
not allow limitations on implied warranties, or allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages to the extent the above
limitations may not apply to Customer. This warranty gives Customer specific
legal rights; Customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.
